Yes, I know in the beginning it can be hard to find someone you can trust bringing into your little project. It is very natural to be suspicious of others about our own business because we are constantly feeling that we are at risk and that we need to protect our business. The fact of the matter is, that although there are some crooks out there most people are good and uninterested in stealing your project/idea/business. The number 1 people don’t start up their own business is because they are scared!
With that in mind, you can rest assured that just as people have a very hard time making a business from scratch – just like you did – it will be as equally hard fro them to take over your business.
In any event, them people I refer to as your new employees should have very specific jobs:
Content Writers, SEO managers, SEM managers, Graphic Designer and if possible a Media Sales agent.
With these 5 key employees you can increase your productivity extremely fast! By employing people to get these jobs done for you – you are allowing yourself to have more free time to manage the business development aspect of the site to truly ensure you will always be making money from it. Heck, if you assign them tasks ahead of time you can even take a very long vacation knowing that the revenue to your website will continue to flow at a steady pace!!

By now you should have a good idea of what your website is about, what it looks like and if you are one of my hardworking students it is even up and running!
It’s now time to maximize your profits by optimizing the money making funnel of your website. What you need to think about in this step is how to
1. Optimize your content to serve it in multiple languages (which will auto detect the language according to Geo Targets – in simple words where you user is coming from)
2. Better convert traffic according to demographics (gender, age, marital status)
3. Find and partner with other big sites that you get “buy” cheap unfiltered traffic and resell them filtered traffic
After you discover how to take a user that accidentally came to your site, attract him/her by serving them content that is in their language and that offers them information that can be very interesting to them according to their demographics you can:
A. Offer the to buy something from you that can be valuable to them
B. If option A doesn’t seem to work you can always resell that very targeted traffic to someone else who might have a better converting offer.
This way you will be able to make A LOT more money ALWAYS!
