Yes, I know in the beginning it can be hard to find someone you can trust bringing into your little project. It is very natural to be suspicious of others about our own business because we are constantly feeling that we are at risk and that we need to protect our business. The fact of the matter is, that although there are some crooks out there most people are good and uninterested in stealing your project/idea/business. The number 1 people don’t start up their own business is because they are scared!

With that in mind, you can rest assured that just as people have a very hard time making a business from scratch – just like you did – it will be as equally hard fro them to take over your business.

In any event, them people I refer to as your new employees should have very specific jobs:

Content Writers, SEO managers, SEM managers, Graphic Designer and if possible a Media Sales agent.

With these 5 key employees you can increase your productivity extremely fast! By employing people to get these jobs done for you – you are allowing yourself to have more free time to manage the business development aspect of the site to truly ensure you will always be making money from it. Heck, if you assign them tasks ahead of time you can even take a very long vacation knowing that the revenue to your website will continue to flow at a steady pace!!

By now you should have a good idea of what your website is about, what it looks like and if you are one of my hardworking students it is even up and running!

It’s now time to maximize your profits by optimizing the money making funnel of your website. What you need to think about in this step is how to

1. Optimize your content to serve it in multiple languages (which will auto detect the language according to Geo Targets – in simple words where you user is coming from)

2. Better convert traffic according to demographics (gender, age, marital status)

3. Find and partner with other big sites that you get “buy” cheap unfiltered traffic and resell them filtered traffic

After you discover how to take a user that accidentally came to your site, attract him/her by serving them content that is in their language and that offers them information that can be very interesting to them according to their demographics you can:

A. Offer the to buy something from you that can be valuable to them

B. If option A doesn’t seem to work you can always resell that very targeted traffic to someone else who might have a better converting offer.

This way you will be able to make A LOT more money ALWAYS!

1. Sell Ad space on your website. Ad space in the industry of online advertising is called Inventory. In order to truly make a lot of money from this model your website (also known as property) should have a sufficient amount of Unique Visitors each day (5000+ visitors should be a good amount to start!). Unless your website provides a very effective solution for a problem you should not expect seeing this amount of traffic to your website without aggressively buying traffic – in other words you need to actively and continuously advertise your website to get this kind of traffic. 2. Promote Affiliate offers. This is probably the safest solution in order to truly make money always. By promote affiliate offers you “sell” your traffic to high converting offers. These offers typically require someone to purchase a product, download a file, fill out a form, install a program or even join a site for free. The beauty of the process is that by simply referring a lead to someone else you get compensated a relatively high commission! Here are typical commissions for top converting industries:

• Adult content: (subscription based) $35/sign up or 65% revenue sharing
• Mobile content: 65% per sale
• Forex: $100-$200 for each sign up
• Digital content: (ebooks, images etc’.) 45%-90% revenue share!
• Retail merchandise: 5%-25% on each sales
• Lead generation: (someone fills out a form) $5-$20 for each lead!!

3. Selling your own product – This can be tricky simply because it is very easy to imitate on the internet and you really need to know your market well enough to succeed in selling your products online for a long period of time.

By buying a domain name you are essentially buying an internet address where you can tell other to come and visit your site. What hosting is – its basically the “lot” that enables you to create your website and invite people to visit it (by typing in your domain name). While you can most definitely register a domain separately than where you are hosting it – I recommend you buy hosting with your domain simply because it will save you a lot of time and headache when you want to set up your website!

A domain name is the name that users will type when they want to visit your website. like MakeMoneyAlways.com or Yahoo.com or Google.com or even AOL.com.

Depending on the problem and solution you are trying to monetize I can recommend doing 1 of 3 options when choosing your domain name.(if you are unsure what a domain name is – it is the actual name of your website: example Google.com is a domain name, just as Yahoo.com is and just as MakeMoneyAlways.com is the domain name for this website.)

When you are trying to choose a domain name you should think about the following 3 options:

If you choose option 1 I recommend that you aim for a domain name that is:

• Short – no more than 7 letters
• Easy to pronounce – Catchy and has a maximum of 3 sounds when you say it (think of Yahoo, Google, Twitter etc’.)
• Easy to type – it would be a shame to loose traffic to typos.

If you choose options 2 please note that the only one that has a major advantage for search engines is option 2 – Keywords based domain However since these domains do tend to be longer than the others the likely-hood of anyone simply typing it in the address bar is very low! If you choose option 3 Then make sure you use only abbreviations and not half abbreviations for example CNnetwork is not good!

In all cases I recommend you stick to a .Com domain extension – simply because that is what most people worldwide know and remember. Other extensions like .Org and .Net should not be associated with commercial sites.. although they are as equally good for SEO purposes.

1. Think about a common problem that many of your friends and relatives have. try and think if that problem currently has a solution and they are just now aware of the problem or if the solution does not yet exist.
2. Once you have that problem in mind, try and think of a very simple and friendly solution that can start solving their problem! at this point we are NOT looking for the full solution – rather we are looking for the first step that can point us in the right direction.
3. Make up a simple experiment – testing your market. This can be done by conducting a test group, running a small website or even a questionnaire to see if people do actually have that problem and if your suggestive solution may be a good, effective one for them.
4. Brainstorm with someone you trust and respect and that most importantly respects you enough to give you honest answers – this should help you formulate the solution and putting it down on paper.
5. Imagine the funnel – I like to use a mind map for this stage simply because it can help me bring out the vision into a drawing that will allow me to visually see how my solution solves the initial problem.

Once you have conducted all of these steps it’s time to move onto the next step of the course

I tell them that in my opinion the best way to make money is not only online but also by creating a really cool website that allows many people to add their content to. By creating web 2.0 sites you can make money by having thousands of people “working” for you adding their content into a website that can become a giant like Facebook, Twitter, Digg, or even LinkedIn and then you will be able to sell that traffic to advertisers and make a lot of money.

You see, sometimes you don’t need to be selling anything besides your ad space to make money online. You should know that you are not limited to selling online ad space as a way to make money but you can also get advertisers to publish their articles and reviews on your site for a fee!

So to sum it all up – i think the best way to make money is on the internet by creating your own publisher website that has a lot of interest for a lot of people..

The best way to make a lot of money online fast is to become an Affiliate Marketer who signs up to Affiliate programs and send traffic to offers. Once a user completes the task that offer requires (buying a product, ordering a service, downloading a file, play a game, watch a video, make a call, fill out a form etc’.) you will get compensated for that action.
